~ From appointment application till appointment date ~

Individual Consulting Application

Step 1: What to prepare before applying

● Individual consultation, working holiday, study abroad, starting a business overseas, working abroad, career consultation:

Please download the consultation form template and describe your concerns in as much as detail, especially for the first consultation. Please be sure to summarize the main points.
※ Please make an appointment at least one week prior to the desired date.
※ If this is your first individual consultation, we recommend that you make an appointment for two sessions (25 minutes/session x 2).

● P-11 Application Form Native Check advisory:

Please download and prepare the English Application Form Application you wish to correct from the website and upload the completed application form when you make appointment.
Please make an appointment at least two weeks prior to the desired date.

Step 2: Make an appointment

Please make a reservation through our website.

Step 3: Make payment

After filling out the reservation form on the website, please complete the payment procedure on the payment page, which accepts PayPay, PayPal, LINE Pay, credit card, and bank transfer (transfer fee to be paid by the applicant).
After confirming payment, we will send you an invoice/receipt and a Zoom link.

Step 4: On the day of the consultation 

Please connect your Zoom account to the provided Zoom meeting schedule URL before your appointment time.

Resolving career issues, completing the UN Application Form (P-11), and deciding where to study abroad/language training will take more time than you think. Please prepare well in advance.

FAQ

A: Yes. Only individual consultation is available for face to face consultation.
Please contact us (info@icdjapan.com) at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired consultation date if you would like to have a face-to-face consultation. 

A: Yes, we can do that. If you live overseas and would like to request time zone service, please send an e-mail to info@icdjapan.com with a few possible dates and times. We will contact you after arranging a date and time.

A: No. Group sessions are held on an irregular basis. Please check the announcements section of our website from time to time.

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellation can be made at least two days prior to the consultation date. Please contact us by email to (info@icdjapan.com). We will refund the difference, excluding bank transfer fee, to your designated bank account.
※ Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the consultation.
※ As a general rule, no cancellations are allowed after payment for P-11 Application Form Native Check advisory.

Change Policy

※ Once you have applied for a service, you cannot change it to another service. Please cancel your reservation and make another reservation.
※ Reservations can be changed once you have applied for a service. Please contact us by e-mail (info@icdjapan.com) at least two days prior to the date of the consultation you have already reserved.
